BUSINESS ANALYST (CONTRACT)

Location: Belfast

Job Type: Contract

 

The Role

In support of our expanding global customer base and ambitious growth plans we want to strengthen our consultancy capability within the organisation.  To enable this projected growth we want to attract talented and experienced Business Analysts who will become key contributors to our digital transformation teams, and help us continue to develop and implement large scale IT-enabled transformation programmes with experience and efficiency.

 

Responsibilities

You will use your personal experience and expertise in Business Process Analysis and Re-design, Requirements Engineering and broader Consultancy skills to support our customers in optimising both their internal business processes and their customer/citizen facing service delivery and in realising greater benefits from their IT-enabled business change programmes and projects.

 

You will need:

  • Significant experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record in large scale change and/or technology programmes/projects
  • Able to produce business process maps and other functional and business-facing documentation to a very high standard
  • Excellent communicator with experience of managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, including those at a senior level 
  • Skilled communication bridge between IT and the business stakeholders, representing business challenges and requirements clearly to technical resources and relevant points of technical designs and constraints to business resources
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall/traditional methodologies
  • Pragmatic and results orientated

 

You will stand out if:

  • Experience in Systems Implementation and Service/Process Integration 
  • Experience in Benefits Management
  • Experience in Testing 
  • Experience in Business and Operational Readiness

 

Remuneration    

There is an excellent daily rate available in order to attract the right level of candidate.
