We are particularly interested in Project Managers who would be keen to join our team based in Belfast where you will help us deliver projects for both our local and our global clients.

The Role

Our client has commenced on the implementation of a multi-million, multi-year transformational programme aimed at centralising and standardising operations country-wide. Central to this is the transformation and translation of people and processes from disperse business units to a centralised and standardised national operating model. This is a highly complex programme with a strong emphasis on people and change management.

 A significant programme and governance structure is required to oversee the delivery of the programme. A key component of this is a Programme Management Office capability. An experienced project manager is required to enable and develop an appropriate PMO structure and related mechanisms to enable day to day management and visibility of a range of programme KPIs and deliverables.

The Ideal Person

  • Applicants must have at least 5 years project management experience;
  • Applicants must have experience of managing components of significant transformational programmes (>5m) with a significant change management context.
  • Experience of establishing and managing PMO capabilities is preferable;
  • Experience of Utility or Telecoms industries is preferable;
  • Strong and credible interpersonal skills are a must.
